Create Banners In Vector Forma

I need 6 2″ by “4 banners with some nice desing/image, phone numbers and web address on each. These are sample ads and can be designed in any way. I have the sample ads but they are in a jpeg format and we cannot use them. You can just recreate the ads in illustrator format. We need 6 separate files.
Attached are the sample ads to be recreated.
