Coupon Site Update

Hi, I need a to refine my website www.klipings.com
1- Give it a more professional look modern look- Graphics
2- Change the Browsing as follows: State -> City -> Category
after this it should show all the businesses in that category in that city.
3-Must be able to search for business by zip code
4-Must be able to place html codes for online link coupons
5-remove the Country option for browsing
