Website – Flash Header / Html

Hi,
I need this within 12-18 hours.
Static w3c standard website with a small flash header. Approximately 6 pages total. Header should be eye-catching and professional but not take away from the overall design.
Must be quality design (not templates).
First I required 3 design options to present to cliet.
Once approved you will convert to HTML/CSS pages. I can populate with text later as long as it’s editable with HTML/CSS.
Payment will be only escrow and only after the finishing the Job.
