Minor Changes To Joomla/vm

I’d like to have one (1) image added to the header, above the top menu, on a Joomla 1.0 / VirtueMart site – http://tanhoejgaard.dk. Final image and precise specs will be provided.
Also, I’d like the word “Kategorier” below the coloured boxes on http://www.tanhoejgaard.dk/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26 removed (this originating from VirtueMart).
More modifications wished once relationship is established.
