Dyndns Update Api Build

I’m looking for an on going programmer to help me build a DDNS service for friends and family. I need someone who can do php with mysql, and create the php “get” mechanism, using the DNS Update API. Place the variables into the mysql database.
2nd part, consists of grabbing the data from the database with “bash scripting”, and using nsupdate to put the updates into Bind.
This will be an ongoing/sporadic project.
