Dubli Clone With X-cart

Hi folks,
I am looking for a clone of www.dubli.com written in PHP and MySQL.
Use a standard Auction clone, like swoopo and make changes. The main feature is, that the bid price is not visable until a bid is made, and the bid price goes down for every bid, not up.
Only admin can add products. Must be linked to Moneybookers and other payment gateways.
We also need a full integration to our existing X-Cart web-shop, with fuld database (MySQL)integration of both customers, partners, providers and products.
Our providers should have the possibility to “check” a product, wich on update, is automatically on auction.
We have to get the full source code.
