Get a Freelance Job

I need a full design done on a new website which will mainly be crowdsourcing information on points plotted on a google maps.

I will most likely want to create a facebook app and an iphone app to work with the site. The design and structure needs to allow for this.

Design:
The design should be very simple and easy to use. A young design which is fun and simple. I will need a logo design also.

Login:

The site will allow users to login and have a control panel. Users should be able to login using facebook connect and other similar connect systems from google and myspace.
Users will then have stats like how many points they have plotted and how many comments they have left on exisiting points.

Map:

The Main focus will be plotting points on google maps.
The user should be able to search the maps (including google local listings) Then users will plot a point on the map, the user will then add some information to the plotted point. This information should be held in a profile area for each point.
Users should be able to add more details to the information on each plotted point profile

Plot Profiles:
The profile added to the points will need to be in a database which is searchable.
There should be a button in the profile area of each point to allow users to mark information as incorrect.

Search:
Users should be able to search in the information in the database and be shown their results and give a link on each result to show it on the map.

The map should show all the plotted points as pins, then all information should show when they are clicked, also give a link to the profile for the point
