Adwords Campaign Setup

Hi,
I am looking for an experienced adwords user with positive feedback for adwords account creation, the task will involve setting up 300 targeted ad groups with 1 single unique advert in each ad group.
All keywords will be provided along with the format and text required for the text ads.
I will setup the rest of the account.
This project is ready to start straight away.
