Secure Payment Form In Joomla
We need to do a secure form we can send our clients so they can make payments to us. They need to be able to put in the amount of the payment themselves.
We will not be “invoicing” them or sending them bills. In many ways it is like a donation. We were trying to use the DTDonate module from DTHDevelopment.com, but we keep having problems with it and their support is very slow.
Here’s how we’d like to see it work:
Client informs us they want to be able to make payments online.
We send them a link and they fill out the form. The form will need Captcha and needs to work on our SSL (already installed) and connect to our existing Authorize.net account.
We think the best way to do this is using Chronoform’s Authorize.net plugin, but we couldn’t get it to work. It’s a bit too complicated for us. We’ve created the form already, so basically, we just need someone to configure it to work with Authorize.net. We have many other projects on the horizon, so this will be a good starter project to get to know you and your skills.
You can also look around and suggest a component for us. Most of the components we’ve found require you to BILL the client or send them an invoice. We don’t want them to do that.
We just want a simple form for them to put in the amount they want to pay and submit.
