Scrape Site Listings

We need to grab the content from the 506 companies listed on a website directory.
There are 25 companies listed per page and we need all of these companies placed into our Joomla Virtuemart catalog. We’re using Virtuemart for its catalog capabilities.
The fields we need to grab are the Company Name, Address, Phone and Fax. I would also like to grab their corresponding company logo icons where available to have displayed with each listing in our virtuemart catalog.
You will have to be able to write a script to grab the listings and then feed the data into the appropriate fields in the virtuemart product database.
We will also have to format this data so that it displays properly in our virtuemart catalog.
