Psd To Joomla Templates
Looking for a Joomla expert to convert two PSDs (homepage and inside page) into fully-coded Joomla 1.5.x template.
Template must be 100% CSS (no tables anywhere). Markup should be simple, clean, and must pass XHTML and CSS validation.
Must be cross-browser compliant: IE6 to IE8, FF, Safari.
You will setup template on website, install extensions, and setup RSS feed. Site configuration must use search-friendly URLs.
You should have experience and live Joomla websites in your portfolio. Will not award this project to beginnners or programmers with no reviews.
If you do not have solid experience and live Joomla websites, do not waste my time and yours.
Programmer must have everything functioning 100% correctly before I release escrow payment. No exceptions.
Looking for long-term relationship. A top-notch professional programmer can expect more work in the future.
