Link Building: Im-niche (pr3+)
IMPORTANT: I do not want a canned bid/offer. I MUST see that you’ve read my requirements in your bid comments. All generic bids/comments will be discarded.
DESCRIPTION: I have a new Internet marketing website (membership site providing essential marketing tools and services to members), which will be launching soon. I want a one-time link building campaign, which will turn into a long-term relationship, depending on my satisfaction with the quality of your work.
After building links for this site (which I may extend to 3 campaigns), I plan to offer link building services to my members, which I will outsource to a SMALL team of link builders (which you will be a part of, if you do a good job on this project). So, this can represent ongoing income for you, in which you will not have to seek out clientele, as I will provide it for you!
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: I’m very easy to work with, but I expect each one of these requirements to be met.
**If you cannot meet the following requirements, please do not bid!**
1) 100 one-way (non-reciprocal) links.
2) Links must be from sites that contain content related to Internet marketing and/or home business niches.
3) Links must contain our keywords as a text hyperlink.
4) No more than 20 links on the page where the link is placed.
5) No hidden or tiny links. All links must be visible and easily readable.
6) One link per domain. Each link must be from a completely different class C IP address.
7) Links placed on English language sites only.
Links on static pages only.
9) Links cannot contain or be accompanied with text to mention the links are paid links.
10) Links must be in place for a period of at least 12 months, with free replacements on equivalent PR pages for links that drop off during this period.
11) The PAGE the link is placed on must have a page rank of 3 or higher (PR3+); the page, not just the site.
12) Any Blog links must be placed on Blogs on websites related to the niches specified above (the SITE must be niche-related, not simply the Blog posting).
13) Links cannot be placed on framed pages, flash sites, article websites, forums/BBS, guest books, directories, social bookmarks or classified ads.
14) Links cannot be on porn, casino, pharmacy, free hosted, illegal or blacklisted websites.
15) The link page must be included in the Google index and updated within the past 30 days.
16) No links from websites with a Google penalty.
17) All links must be permanent, crawlable HTML links, meaning that pages cannot contain a nofollow tag, be excluded by a robots.txt file or hidden in javascript, meta or redirect scripts.
18) No link exchange programs, web rings, link schemes or farms, or FFA pages/sites/networks.
19) No links can be made using any automated, spam or black/gray tactics.
20) We reserve the right to cancel any link that we find unsuitable and/or not in keeping with these requirements.
TIME FRAME: No more than 5-7 links can be deployed per day, over a period of 4 weeks.
REPORTING: I require weekly updates and a final report in a CSV file containing the following information (you can easily export a spreadsheet file as a CSV file):
- Date
- Anchor Text Used
- Link URL
- Link IP Address (to URL)
- Google Page Rank of Link URL (not of website, but of link PAGE)
PAYMENT: Funds will be put in ScriptLance escrow.
15% paid after each week’s links have been placed and verified (I must be provided with the CSV file as outlined above). This accounts for 60% at the conclusion of the 4-week campaign.
40% paid after Google has cached the links.
Remember, if you do a good job, there is ongoing work in it for you, both through my sites, as well as through the outsourced link building service for my members (if you want to participate in that).
BID REQUIREMENTS: You must submit the following:
- Your price.
- At least 7 references to link building projects you have completed successfully. I plan to contact the site owners for their perceptions of the quality of your work. If you have a legitimate reason to request that I not contact any particular site owner(s), let me know the reason.
- A description of how you intend to obtain the links during the project time frame.
- An indication that you have read and understand the project requirements. This is VERY IMPORTANT, as I will reject any bids that appear generic.
