WordPress Classified Theme

Hi
I need a wordpress theme with some integrated functions.
The functions must me the same as at wp*classi*press.com (remove 2 occurance of *). Also googlemaps integration, a modular payment gateway and fully localize is needed.
I will provide more details to someone who has the quality and experience to do it.
