Website Design/change

We would like to redesign our website and the most important factor is a very clean design and clean coding with SEO in mind.
Our current site is www.devotionvodka.com. We would like to keep the branding consistent but need to upgrade the look and feel. We would also like to implement some programming for us to be able to modify the site when needed. Looking for a program so we can change photo’s, change text, update content.
We will reference other sites that we like and are willing to see other ideas. Prefer site to not be flash but it can have flash elements.
