Taxi Booking System

The requirement is for a Taxi booking System which works like the example below:

This system allows new users and registered members to book a taxi/car. The user goes online and submits the booking request. User can choose the Type of vehicle he/she would like to book.
The administrator receives an e-mail notification of the booking and the booking details are also entered in the database for the administrator to view.
