Remove Blank Space Index Page

To Whom It May Concern,
Just wanted to tighten up the area on our index page where the entrace video it. We would like to move up the entire contents in the table 8-10 pixels from the top but we ar eunable to do this without compromising the video.
If you feel you can help us out that would be great. The video is in flash.
