Redo Header And Opt-in Box

This should be easy for everyone who knows what they are doing. We need two things for our WordPress website. Both must also be installed.
1.We need our header redone so it is the same width as it is now, but about a half an inch shorter in height. We also want the tagline in a different font. We will use the same logo, photo, design and colors as before.
2.We need an opt-in box. It will contain a headshot of the president of the company, the opt-in box for only an email address, a headline and a small amount of copy. It will be in full color and be between 2.5
