Process Data And Store Results
LAMP/PHP programmer with AJAX, Javascript, and API’s DOM nodes experience. MYSQL dB and XML experience required too.
Project: process our data feed and store results in DB.
we already have scripts and process working, has worked for over one year now…we need a new programmer to get a new data feed processed through our db
this is our current process:
1.store data feed (source is xml) in mysql db
2.cron reads db file keyword string
3.runs keyword queries through our search engine (a set of targeted URL scrapers)
4.scrapes web page/parts from those sites
5.stores scraped info in our db
6. output to public via xml query
the whole process and coding already is set up and works…you would review the scripts and process new data feed
We are looking for long term relationship with professional and reliable programmer(s).
