Magento Tweak

1) Read a csv containing “Order#,Tracking#, Carrier Name” (Tracking# is same as shipping#) and update magento database.
2) Change status of order to a small image i will provide.
3) Fetch some details from magento related to shipping and send email to the customer with magento template.
Simple job. Bid accordingly.
I require only experts to work on this project.
Good communication skills needed.
