I need a Hot or Not Website. Build in PHP, MySQL.
+ Members upload their picture, and will get a profile page.
+ People can vote their picture , Rating 1 to 10. Hot or Nor.
+ Voting data store by monthly.
+ Top 100 Hot Monthly, last 3 month …
+ Dynamic Users Profile ( Custom Fields )
+ Simple Walls ( like FaceBook Wall ) in user Profile, just post simple.
+ Fillter Voting by IP.
+ Search, users can search. And add friends.
+ Maybe will have some function more …, but will small function or little.
