Flash Text Effects

Want to develop a flash piece that is simple but impressive with advanced text in and out technique.
Effects with tool like AfterEffects or FlashEff are fine (but must be much nicer than swish type effects).
Simply going to have a sequence of 5 one sentence questions with text in and out and then one more sentence.
Please post in message or bid sample of some work you did similar to this or your bid will be not be considered.
