Facebook Apps – Web Flash Game

Hi,
I want an application on Facebook.
+ Like a Web , with Categories.
+ I can upload Flash / Thumb File each Category.
+ Members can play the flash file, rating it. Comments it.
+ Or send it as a Card to other members.
+ Each Time they play a game, they will earn 1 points.
+ Custom members’ profile, and they can place it as a “block” on left column of facebook.
+ Show Bookmark on Facebook.
