Dot Net Nuke Site

I need a designer who is well experience with dot net nuke 5. Who can php site to dot net nuke program. Where I can then transfer it over to a server that supports dot net nuke programs.
This should be a very easy project. I have all of the files and codes for the current site design I just need a experience designer to move to a dot net nuke 5 design.
If this designer does a great job I will have other projects available for them. I am only accepting designer with good ratings.
