Coupon Discount Magento

Hello
i need one extention for Magento to have the possibility to give a coupon discount to clients that subscribe newletter.
When the client subscribe newsletter magento send one email to client with the coupon discount
When a client utilise the coupon Magento check if the client is in the database of newsletter and can utilise the coupon.
For the coupon also i want to set how many times the clients can utilise the coupon
