Bounce System

In the postfix logfile, there are reportes about the status of the messages, sent, deffered, soft bounce, hard bounce…
What we want is to get, on a daily basis(this operation could be executed automatically or programmed at a certain moement of the day), all soft and hard bounce emails from the log file, put them into a table and tell the php to never email to thoses emails…
we do not want that this affects our sending speed..
