Basic Image Based Webdesign

I would like an 800px X 600px landing page.
I want a smooth 3d cartoon style image of a tropical island surrounded by ocean, with the following…
“Town Hall” a wooden shack which would be a link to my bio
“Campfire with people around it” which would link to my social profile
“Golden Idol” (Aztec style with worshippers) Which would link to my blog
“Mystical Rocks” (Stone Henge style) which woule link to my portfolio.
“Large Conch Shell” Which would link to a contact page.
I will also require onmouseover commands on each image to open a scroll explaining where each image will take you.
I’m pretty clear on my vision so I can go into further detail if required.
