Admin / Backend Setup For Site

I need to setup an admin area / backend for my site where I will be able to input data that will appear on the front end of the site.
I will need the ability to setup a listing that will look like this page here:
http://tinyurl.com/yj3w2jx
So it would need to display
-logo
-name of school
-google map by address
-7 links
-all other labels below listed on that reference page.
