Videohive Modify

I am in need of someone to modify a VideoHive Project I have bought.

Right now it has 10 placeholders and the movie is 1:10 long
What I am needing is 11 placeholders within the same time frame
and all the same amount of time. So that means 8 of them need to be cut down in time and the other 3 need to have time added.
I need A new frame to look like any of the other 10 moving frames
I need this done ASAP. LIKE tonight.
If you can do this I do have other projects to be done also.
