Troubleshooting Sugarcrm

For some reason, when I log into my sugar crm install, I am getting blank pages. Before it was working fine, but now the login page just comes up blank. This is one info I found online http://kb.sugarcrm.com/system/php/troubleshooting-blank-pages/
should be a quick fix for someone who is familiar with sugarcrm. I just need the pages to show correctly once I log in.
