Rental E-commerce

I am looking for a way to rent out products online. It must know inventory and have a booking calendar. It could be PHP, ASP.NET, or whatever. I am VERY willing to utilize the ecommerce of another company, such as Joomla plug-ins, GoodBarry, etc, but need rental/booking built into the site.
