Psd To Valid Xhtml/css/jquery

Hello
I need programmer who is familiar with XHTML/CSS/js ( jquery )
I have one PSD file which need to be converted to valid XHTML/CSS
The most important is that you are familiar with jquery and jquery-UI
if you don’t have clue about this two js don’t bid
HXTML/CSS Must be valid and pass validation, XHTML code need to be minimal and clean look for possible further intervention or modification,
So if you understand and know what i need please bid
Also one notice:
Place “PSDs” when you place bid – i’ll ignore anybody without this word no mater how good you are. Also this is second time that i search programmer for this job.
