Part Time Programmer

Hi,
We need somebody who can slice psds into html and then code the php accordingly. Part-time for 3 days a week.
I need your hourly rate and monthly required salary to start.
If its ok, then we do 1 test project (paid) to see the speed and quality of your work.
My timezone is GMT + 1 and you cannot differ more then 1 hour of that. So max gmt + 3 or gmt -3
