I would like to get pricing on a minisite similar to what you would see on www.startapreschool.com.
The homepage would have a video and an optin with bulleted items below the fold and another button at the bottom that would bookmark to the top for the optin. A footer would have links to a privacy policy, affiliates, etc. Once the visitor has opted in, there would be a
