Mass Pm Message Forum Bot
Hello, looking for a Vbulletin, Invision, PhPbb forum bot.
The bot should do the following:
Mass PM to all the forum members. Allow me to select which users of the forum can receive pms. Ability to exclude certain members from receiving pm’s. Use a proxy. Delete sent messages from the outbox of the sender.

# Anti-Spam delay time Detector.
# Forums Validator.
# Full Comments/Topics/PMs status reports. to check if the program is still sending.
# Supports All boards languages (Unicode – UTF-8 encode).
# charsets auto-detector included.
# Able to show status of all events.
# Easy to use, just enter your texts and post it.
# Ability to Store Logs in Database and export Logs.
Coder should add in captcha deciphering and/or external gateway solutions like API to Decaptcher.com gateways.
P.S. This needs to work on ANY Vbulletin/Invision forum.
I’d like this in both PHP (for web based) and the ability to allow multiple users to login to have their own accounts. I can provide a hosting machine for testing.
