Joomla Template Redesign

Looking for Joomla template designer who is good with Photoshop for a simple redesign of my Joomla template and install some applicable addons.

Simple graphical changes (colour & text, etc.) & the installation of some Joomla addons, I will tell you the functionality I need and you can suggest a good addon for it.
Please stick to my budget and there will be more work for you in future.
