Joomla Custom Module Graphics

Need two new modules created with graphics. The modules will be titled Buy A Car and a Sell Your Car. The style of the modules should look similar the to Find Car/Search For Cars and Sell Your Car sections on cars.com and autotrader.com. I DO NOT want the exact same look as these sites.
I have some graphics I want you to use. You’ll simply need to create two new modules in the Joomla back-end and arrange the graphics, links,and text to fit the modules.
Please create mock-ups using generic images to show me you have an idea of what I’m asking for. Need an experienced programmer with great design skills and communication skills and who knows Joomla.
Need this done TODAY. Should not take an experienced programmer long to do.
