Design Graphics And New Module

I have an automotive classifieds website and need a Buy A Car and a Sell Your Car modules on the homepage underneath the header. To see what I mean, look at cars.com and autotrader.com. You will see how the two sections for Find Car/Search For Cars and Sell Your Car look. I want two sections like these, but the look will be different.
I have some graphics I want you to use. You’ll simply need to create two new modules in the Joomla back-end and combine/arrange the graphics, links,and text to fit the modules.
Please create mock-ups using generic images to show me you have an idea of what I’m asking for. Need an experienced programmer with great design skills and communication skills.
