Web Site Development – Cloning

I need a clone of www.mccrearystees.com
It will need only to be changed in the way it looks with design. Hopefully a lot better looking then theirs as it is pretty plain.
It will need to have a smooth admin, cms and user interface. It will need to have a check out implemented with Google checkout and Paypal.
My budget is tight on this one: $650 for site and you can make another $150 if you want to do all data entry of all their products.

MUST have experience doing this kind of work! Please don’t bother bidding if you can’t show experience and sample of the backend admin you would use.
