Socialengine Expert

Hi,
I am looking for a socialengine expert (no exceptions) who can do the following:
Either integrate a third party newsletter management script where members are automatically loaded into the newsletter database (when they sign up or change their email addresses for example)
OR
Design a newsletter plugin that is similar to http://foxlance.org/products/newsletter-plugin-phpfox-plugin-mod/.
Please PM your experience to date with SE and whether you have already created such a plugin for another client.
