Image Placement
This should be quite simple for anyone who knows html and css code. I am just learning code but need this asap and do not have the time to figure it out right now. I need an header and footer imaged placed on a web template. Each image should have a link to another website using target_blank tags.
Some experience with SMF (SimpleMachine Forums) a plus but not crucial. I say this because SMF has a lot of files and you will need to figure out the proper files to alter.
