Data Base For WordPress

I have a wordpress sales training membership site set up. I need some type of data base to have a way to keep track of salespeople’s progress registered on the site. They would manually report their sales activities in each week. They will take training quizzes each week and I need to track their quiz scores. They will also do training lesson steps that we want to track as they reach certain benchmarks. I need to be able to generate individual and group reports for salespeople and their managers.
I would need you to suggest a good data base program and to set it up in my wordpress site. I would also need you to show me how to use it. I am not an IT person so you need to be good at explaining.
