Zillow Api Implementation

Hello,
I need someone who can write a small VB.NET DESKTOP application that would read the data ( address & zip ) from an EXCEL spreadsheet and for each row it would call ZILLOW.COM database ( using the API they provide & I will provide the key ) and it would receive and parse the XML result extracting ONE data element ( ex. Year Built ) and updating the spreadsheet with that value.
I will consider bids that can show past examples of work completed with the Zillow API.
