Website Development – Commerce

I am not 100% sure what will be involved, but…I need a website developed that will promote a USB product (details not necessary) we will need a 5-page site, then a separate secure log-in type page for members.
There will be a squeeze page that I have with sign in, then once data is collected, it will then be sent to the welcome member page (to be created by site designer).
We have the logo and layout but the rest I’m not sure of. It’s also going to be a commerce site using nitroshopping cart (don’t know if that matters).
The other item is that the USB device will open up to the members site by asking for user/pass combo.
I know it’s vague, but that’s why i’m here.
