Website Designer Needed

Hey everyone, I need a designer to build a website for us. All we have right now is our domain and need something on there.
I would like something similar to

Please DO NOT BID if you have no feedback, I will only accept people with feedback on this project.
Please also do not take on this job if you can not do it, i will hold you to your timeframe that you specify and expect work to be done.. No upfront payments, will put full amount into Escrow here on SL and release upon us viewing completed design.
