Real Estate Website
1)I want a website that deals with todays real estate.
2)The site will contain information about short sales, loan modification, REO properties.
3)In order for them to use the free pre-fill section to help fill out bank forms. I want a sign on section for people to use the pre-fill program. I want them to have to put in there name (first, Last) in separate sections; There FULL property & Mailing address in separate secti on; The lenders they are using first lien and second lien; email address; phone number. Then a special code is sent to there email address.
4)Once logged in i want the client to use the financial sheet (uploaded) and fill out the rest of there information. The two lenders they chose in the beginning will have two tabs on the same page and there are seeing there financial information being pre-filled to the other forms. 5)I would also like to use this same site and sell membership to certain users. I also want to be able to grab contact information and store it on excel spread sheet.6) I also need my company logo made i want it to look like the HUD logo but oposite and make the bird wings look like city buildings or red white and blue wings.
