Need Backlinks

I need some backlinks to a music video site, such as directory entries, mentions in forums. I am looking for a native English speaker to sprinkle organic backlinks, links that actually improve my site’s search engine rankings.
I have had a hard time finding people that actually do this well, so my initial budget is small If done well there will be at least 2 other sites to promote, and then ongoing after that.
I do not want auto form submitters using the same text repeatedly posted to some obscure user profile page that will never actually be seen.
Links should be organic, do-follow, no redirects. If you live in the US you can likely find some videos you like, and share them in other forum posts, directory entries etc.
Please indicate how many links you can generate for you bid.
Please note I will want to review every single link you have created, so will require daily lists of URLs to check, at least initially so I can see the quality of your work.
WARNING: If I find the back links are absolute rubbish I will cancel the project. Sorry for be harsh, but I have seen some really really bad work in this regard.
