Convert Website

We need to convert a static website (vexxhost.com) to joomla, the site also has a wordpress blog and phpbb forum that also need to be integrated. whmcs billing system need to be integrated also. We need the old urls to stay the same for the new joomla site. website structure need to be the same. we don’t need to keep the exact shape so you can use any good template.
