Screensaver-cartoon-animation

I am looking to have a cartoon animated screensaver that lasts about 16 minutes with a multitude of scenarios that give the viewer the feeling that the screensaver is longer than 16 minutes. I am looking to deliver 2 different versions: low-quality and high-quality. I have the images already prepared as sketchs and am looking for someone to transform it into digital. No interactivity. Compatibility for both Mac and Windows preferred but not required. Need someone who is flexible, not a rush job. Thanks!
