Quick Cms Nav Menu Help

We have a custom built CMS system that manages pages and menus on a site. We need to have some basic enhancements made to the nav link management area.
-make the menu names editable
-add a hyperlink dropdown for each menu name, should be pulled from existing available pages in cms
-create sort order option to control the sort order on the nav bar
thats it! Must have online messenger for communication. attached is a screenshot of the admin page i am referring to.
