New Logo And Website Design

Hi,
I have a client who is a recruitment consultant.
He likes red and black as his corporate colours, but doesnt have any logo.
I need at least 5 different logos designed, and then they will need to be editted as per the client requirment.
Once this is complete I will need the graphics for a website designing.
$50 for the logo, $50 for the website, paid in two stages by escrow.
